Greens on 5% in new national poll, ahead of UKIP

This is a good base to build on! NATIONALLY, we normally score only 1 or 2 % in these polls, because our support is so concentrated in particular areas. http://www.comres.co.uk/independentonsunday111209.aspx

I live a vegan lifestyle (though I make an exception for some aspects of ‘freeganism’: e.g. I will eat vegetarian food that is otherwise going to be thrown away).

For many years a member of PETA & VIVA, and of the Green Party Animal Rights group.

Former Norfolk hunt-sab.
