The great moral task of our time: _Caring_ enough about the future to moderate our consumption of the Earth, enough.
The great work of our time: Having the vision to do our great political/moral tasks & the good sense to know that this will make us HAPPIER.

Right on! Exhibit A pointing to the failure of NuLabour is that under them the divergence has increased, not decreased.
The creation of money by lending at interest by private corporations has surely to be an important driver of that divergence, just as it is a most important driver of economic growth.
